Our Beef & Stilton has been a hugh success, so we have added it to our GF products. Again replacing the rusk with our Gluten Free base mix. Still has that amazing creamy taste that its twin has.

Gluten Free Pork & Cranberry Sausage with Caramelised Onions
For something a bit out of the ordinary we developed this recipe for a customer who is coeliac. It was such a big hit that we now sell it in the shop on a regular basis. Based on the original Gluten Free sausage we have added some cranberry juice and award winning Rose Farm Caramelised Onion Marmalade, to give a Gluten Free sausage with a difference.
