Making a Purchase
Use the product pages to view the goods and add to your shopping basket. Choose which product and in which format you require it (large, chipolata, or sausage meat). When your shopping is complete go to the checkout and submit your order. We only deliver on Thursdays and Fridays. Orders need to be placed before noon on Monday for dispatch the following Wednesday. Orders should reach you in most cases within 24 hours, so delivery will be Thursday, however in some cases, delivery may take 48 hours so delivery will be Friday. If you supply us with an email address you will be sent a delivery time by the courier. You are able to collect from our shop in Wedmore, Somerset if you prefer, please select collection at the checkout and you will not be charged a delivery fee.
Packaging and Storage
All goods will be fresh and will not have been frozen. They will be hand made and packed on the day of dispatch and not before. They will have a use by date of 1 week. Within this period they must be kept under refrigeration or can be frozen for storage for a period of up to 6 months. Full instructions will accompany your order together with cooking instructions so you get the full flavour!
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Goods will be dispatched in insulated polystyrene boxes, with ice gel packs which keep the products cold for up to 48 hours.
Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Thursdays by national carrier for next day delivery, making delivery days on Thursday and Friday, for mainland UK. Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge and will take slightly longer to arrive. All goods will need to be signed for, unless prior arrangements have been made. Once goods have been signed for or left in a pre arranged location, ownership of the goods will pass to the customer. Goods can be sent to home or office by arrangement.
The delivery charges are:
- £4.95 for orders under £10
- £3.95 for orders between £10-£20
- £2.95 for orders between £20-£50
- FREE for orders over £50
- Collection from shop free
Payment will be by Debit / Credit card via our secure RBS Worldpay payment gateway prior to the goods being dispatched.
Returns & refunds
Because of the nature of our products, once the goods have been signed for or left under instruction, no returns are possible. However it is our intention that customers be satisfied at all times, so if you are not please contact us with your problem within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We would be happy to arrange for a replacement order or full refund as we deem appropriate.
We respect the privacy of everyone who visits our website and are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. We will only contact you with your consent.
We will not collect any Personal Information about you (your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you provide it voluntarily. We will use it in the following ways, unless stated otherwise:

- We will store and process that information to better understand your needs
- We will maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information.
