Celebrate with a special sausage made just for you!
Over the years we have made sausages for a number of occasions, some of the sausages you can buy with us on line today started life as a creation we made for someone else, which proved so popular we have added them to our range.
The Beer Fest Banger was made for Wedmore Real Ale Festival, originally made with a stout called "Black as your`at". We now use"Golden Chalice" a superb beer from Glastonbury Ales.
Our gluten free sausages were made for a customer who is coeliac, she was fed up with sausages that had no flavour, so we developed a sausage which she loved. We now have two varieties in our range.
Our lamb and apricot sausage was made for a bride who could not eat pork or beef. She desperately wanted sausage and mash for her wedding banquet, so we set about making her a sausage that she and her guests could enjoy.
